Age of Absurd is committed to providing a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care products, intimate apparel). Any such items will be clearly marked on the product page.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@ageofabsurd.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by local law.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Shipping fees (original and return shipping) may be deducted from the refund where permitted by local law.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, as applicable.

 

International Orders

For customers, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping times may vary; please allow additional time for delivery.
